College is just getting too expensive for me, so I am moving back home. My apartment is super close to campus (right behind Hansen-Willis and the Health Center, Cassidy Hall.) My rent is $275 a month plus electricity. Usually, the average monthly rent is anywhere from 282-289 a month. We do have wireless internet through Comcast, and our bill for that is $20 per person. I live with 3 other nice girls. All furniture is already there provided by my other roommates. Our appliances are almost brand new and our carpet is too. We can't have pets but are allowed fish. Trash, heating, water, sewage are all included within the rent. Rooms are good size, big enough to fit a queen and all rooms are equal size. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each side of the apartment has the 2 bedrooms that share a bath. Water pressure in the showers is amazing and water fixtures and toilet are relatively new too! The apartment is actually a 3 bedroom fully furnished.... but because the Grove leases by room only my room is available at this time. A female resident is what I am looking for in order to make it comfortable for my current roommates. The furniture is nice, bed, couch, chairs are all comfortable.
