My rent is $275 a month plus electricity. Usually, the average monthly rent is anywhere from 282-289 a month. We do have wireless internet through Comcast, and our bill for that is $20 per person. I live with 3 other nice girls. All furniture is already there provided by my other roommates. Our appliances are almost brand new and our carpet is too. We can't have pets but are allowed fish. Trash, heating, water, sewage are all included within the rent. Rooms are good size, big enough to fit a queen and all rooms are equal size. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
