It is town home in a friendly family neighborhood. It has 4 Bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 living rooms, one car garage, kitchen, dinning room, laundry room and nice size front and back yard. The house is fully furnished. We have a 75 inch projector TV and enough room for 24 people to enjoy a Bronco's game. There is only myself and one other person currently living here. The extra room is currently a Foosball / hangout room. Either room is available though, upstairs or in the basement. Rent is $333 plus utilities. Which since June has come out to about $50 a person which also includes trash, high speed internet, and Direct TV.
We currently are renting the entire townhouse through Aug of 09. There are three guys next door that go to Summitview Church with us (just grad from CSU last year). Our house is a crazy mixture of God, cars, sports, outdoors, electronics, and hanging with people from church at our house. We all really enjoy living here, its really a lot of fun. There are always BBQ's, movie nights, video games, and Foosball going on, yet still quite time to get things done.

I am looking for someone to take my room in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house off of Prospect near overland. It comes with two amazing guy roommates who are pretty outdoorsie and chill. There is a huge backyard, an nice secluded front yard that is fenced. There is only one neighbor so it is pretty quiet and relaxing. There is a two car garage along with an awesome jam room and a big kitchen. The guys are really chill and get along with everyone so you don't have to worry there. I am leaving the country (my roommates weren't the reason if you were wondering) so January is already paid for so you can move in any time from today. I will also be willing to pay $100.00 of February's rent. So if you move in during january you would have to pay 275 plus a deposit which you would get at the end of may.
