All utilities are included in the rent and washer and dryer are located in each apartment...... so NO Quarter washing..... It is great! Cable is also included in the rent. Also there is a 24 hr workout room in the club house and free standup tanning beds. For summertime fun there is a hot tub and swimming pool located right next to a grilling and lounging area. There is also a sand volleyball court and a basketball court!
Parking is really good and I always have a place to park right in front of my apartment. The apartment is a great place to live and if I were not getting married I would love to stay there. The lease goes through July.

Is a 2-in-1 meaning it has a little separate living area from the actually room where the bed goes. Rent is $375/month or $420 with utilities. WAY worth it!
